How to: Login if you have do not know your Username or password

To login to the BFCA Education Portal you will need your username and your password. If you do not have these, they can be sent to your email address.

To do this go to the the BFCA Education Portal homepage, click on Log in, then click ‘Forgot Password’. You will then be given the choice of two options. If you know the username you would like to use, please type this in to the username section and it will send you a link to reset your password to the email address that is recorded for that username.

If you do not have your username or password, please type your email address in to the email address section (This must be the email that is on record to your account).

If your email is not recognized, please try another email address that belongs to you as the email you have entered is not the correct email linked to your the BFCA Education Portal account.

Once the correct email address has been entered, this will send an email to the selected email address with all information, including your username and how to reset a new password.
